- How much does Premia cost per month?
- The digital menu costs US$29 a month per brand in Latin America and US$49 in the United States. The full platform — Núcleo — starts at US$79 on Premia’s shared WhatsApp number, US$100 with a number of your own, and US$250 in the United States. Each extra location of the same brand adds US$30 in Latin America and US$75 in the United States.
- Do you charge per enrolled customer?
- No. Member count is fair use and is not a billing axis: you pay the same with 200 members as with 20,000. There is no cost per redeemed point, per reservation taken or per table order, and no commission on your sales.
- Is there a contract or a lock-in period?
- There is no lock-in: you pay month to month. If you would rather pay for the year, you pay 10 months and get 12. Setting it up yourself is free; assisted setup is optional and costs US$150 one time in Latin America and US$500 in the United States.
- What happens if I go over my messages?
- You buy a pack: 500 messages for US$59 or 2,000 messages for US$199. Packs never expire. No surprise charges: when the allowance runs out the system halts marketing sends and warns you before that happens.
- I have several branches on one menu. Do I pay for each?
- No. What counts is how many menus and how many QR codes there are to keep up to date, not how many addresses you have. Five branches on one menu and one QR are a single location: your customers earn with the same code, and the address only comes up when someone asks where you are. A branch starts counting when it needs its own menu or its own QR, or when you switch on reservations, table ordering or Premia Live for it. That is something separate to maintain, and it costs US$30 a month.
- How are modules billed if I run several brands?
- Each module is billed per brand and covers every location of that brand. From the second brand onwards it costs 50%: with two brands in Latin America, Reservations adds US$40 for the first and US$20 for the second.
- What is in Everything included, and what does it save?
- Núcleo with your own number plus Reservations, Table ordering and Premia Live: US$189 a month in Latin America against US$210 bought separately, and US$499 against US$580 in the United States.
- Do I need my own WhatsApp number?
- Not to start. The Basic plan uses Premia’s shared number and works the same for your customer. Your own number matters when you want your brand to be the sender — that is the Brand plan at US$100 per brand, with additional numbers at US$25.
- Do app notifications use up my message allowance?
- No. Anything delivered through the Premia app is free and unlimited. Only messages sent over WhatsApp draw from the allowance, because Meta bills per template sent.
- Does anything change in Colombia, Mexico or Brazil?
- The plan costs the same, but the same pack carries double the messages: 1,000 for US$59 and 4,000 for US$199. WhatsApp costs far less in those markets and the saving goes back into your allowance.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Yes: pay 10 months and get 12, which is 17% less. There is still no lock-in.
